Refund & Cancelation policy.

As a courtesy to all guests and our stylists, please provide at least a 48-hour notice of cancelation for your appointment. By scheduling with Sister B’s Boutique Salon you agree to the below Cancelation Policy.

  •  Appointments canceled with less than 48-hours’ notice before their appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service.

  •  Appointments canceled with less than 24-hours’ before scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  •  A “no call, no show” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service the day of the appointment.

 We strive to provide our guests 100% of ourselves and our time during your appointment, which means we do not double book. This means if an appointment is cancelled without proper notice, it will be harder to fill in the missed appointment on short notice and our stylists will not be compensated for their valuable time. We appreciate your understanding and we can’t wait to see you in our salon!

Refund Policy

All services are final and are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a merchandise refund, all merchandise purchased from Sister B’s Boutique must be returned within 30 days from original purchase. The return must be in new condition with less than 30% used.

 We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
